The <br />advanced commitment has been requested by Wake County because of <br />their need to submit documentation for the support of their <br />biennial application period. The terms are identical with the <br />existing agreement except for paragraph 3 which has increased the <br />revenue to the Department from $5,600 to $6,000. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Commissioners approve the <br />contract and authorize the Chair to sign. <br />
