(5) <br />or eminent domain proceeding, then the Lease shall terminate as <br />of the date that the condemning body takes possession of the <br />Premises and rent shall abate thereafter. If the remainder is <br />suitable for the Lessee's purposes, then the rent shall be <br />reduced in accordance with the ratio which the area of the taken <br />portion of the premises bears to the area of the entire premises <br />prior to the taking. <br />17. Signs <br />Lessee agrees to use in harmony with other Lessees in the <br />Building.
