3.0 RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION <br />3.1 Purpose* <br />To establish a procedure for recruitment and <br />(OLD 3.1) selection to fill vacancies in all permanent <br />positions, both Full Time and Part Time. <br />3.2 Policy* <br />Orange County is an Equal Opportunity /Affirmative <br />Action Employer.
