( (P ) <br />of the term of this Lease, the Lessor shall have the right to <br />post a sign on the premises indicating that the same are for sale <br />or for rent and during such time the Lessor, its agents and <br />employees, may enter upon the premises with the prospective <br />purchasers or tenants, for the purpose of showing the same to <br />such prospective purchasers or tenants, provided however, that <br />such entry or entries shall be made only at reasonable times and <br />hours. <br />13. INDEMNITY <br />TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND TO THE EXTENT <br />PROVIDED FOR IN INSURANCE CONTRACTS OWNED BY THE COUNTY, THE <br />COUNTY SHALL INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS LESSOR FROM AND <br />AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE COUNTY'S USE OF <br />THE PREMISES, OR FROM THE CONDUCT OF THE COUNTYS BUSINESS OR <br />FROM ANY ACTIVITY WORK OR THINGS DONE, PERMITTED OR SUFFERED <br />BY THE COUNTY IN OR ABOUT THE PREMISES OR ELSEWHERE. <br />16.
