INDEMNITY <br />TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND TO THE EXTENT <br />PROVIDED FOR IN INSURANCE CONTRACTS OWNED BY THE COUNTY, THE <br />COUNTY SHALL INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS LESSOR FROM AND <br />AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE COUNTY'S USE OF <br />THE PREMISES, OR FROM THE CONDUCT OF THE COUNTYS BUSINESS OR <br />FROM ANY ACTIVITY WORK OR THINGS DONE, PERMITTED OR SUFFERED <br />BY THE COUNTY IN OR ABOUT THE PREMISES OR ELSEWHERE. <br />16.
