NORTH CAROLINA <br />ORANGE COUNTY <br />(3) <br />THIS LEASE, made this _ 17TW day of _.SEDTCMRCQ 019.Z.. by and between ENO <br />RIVER DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, organized and existing under the laws of the <br />State of North Carolina, hereinafter called the "Lessor ", anc <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE a Corporation organized and existing under the <br />laws of the State of NORTH CAROLINA , hereinafter called the "Lessee". <br />WITNESSETH: <br />That for and in consideration of the convenants and agreements hereinafter <br />set out to be kept and performed by the Lessee. the Lessor has demised anc <br />leased and by these presents does hereby demise and lease, to the Lessee <br />for the term and upon the conditions hereinafter set out, the following <br />described office and warehouse space, (hereinafter referred to as the <br />°premises ") in a building located in the City of Hillsborough, Orange <br />County, North Carolina, and more particularly described as follows: <br />BLDG 5; approx 2900 square feet of open space, 100 square feet of office space located <br />by elevator E -4 <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said premises and privileges and appurtenance: <br />thereunto belonging to the Lessee, its successors and assigns, upon the <br />following terms and conditions: <br />1.
