Eno River Development Company has agreed to provide the space <br />lease free for the first year. A new lease will be negotiated in 1992. <br />2. Initial lease term to be October 1, 1991 through <br />September 30, 1992. <br />3. The County will pay for utilities in the classroom space only. <br />Durham Tech will pay for telephone service. <br />4. Durham Tech plans to upfit the space as part of the Glasswork <br />associated with the general buildin r <br />g epalr curriculum. <br />
