The tract is zoned <br /> Agricultural Residential and designated Agricultural <br /> Residential in the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> The total acreage of the tract is 11.85 acres. Ten <br /> (10) new lots are proposed with an average lot size of <br /> 1.08 acres. The lots all front on the subdivision <br /> road which is proposed to be public and constructed to <br /> State standards. Each lot will have an individual <br /> well and septic tank. <br /> The Concept Plan was approved by the Orange County <br /> Planning Board on May 20, 1991 with the following <br /> condition: <br /> 1. Lots 1 and 10 shall receive access from the <br /> subdivision road. <br /> This condition is included in the Resolution of <br /> Approval. <br /> The proposal was sent to the following review agencies <br /> and individuals. Responses are summarized. <br />
