In this way, the <br /> supervisor may arrange for coverage during <br /> the employee's absence. <br /> 6 . 7 . 3 In the case of unexpected absence for which <br /> (OLD Sick Leave is requested, the employee is <br /> 6.2 responsible for notifying the supervisor of <br /> REVISED) the absence no later than during the first <br /> half-hour of work on the day of the <br /> absence.
