PURPOSE, DEFINITIONS, EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> Section 1 . 1 Purpose of the Agreement. <br /> The purpose of this Agreement is to establish a method of <br /> coordinated and comprehensive planning in the Orange County-- <br /> Hillsborough Cooperative Planning Area (hereinafter referred to as <br /> "Cooperative Planning Area" ) , as defined herein. <br /> Section 1.2 . Definitions. . <br /> A. Cooperative Planning Area.
