The <br /> property is located at the southwestern corner of <br /> the intersection of US 70 and Lawrence Road (SR <br /> 1561) . The property contains 6.46 acres. The <br /> proposed request would allow for the house to be <br /> used as a bed and breakfast. Three out of the <br /> four existing bedrooms would be used for the bed <br /> and breakfast. There are no proposed changes or <br /> additions to the existing house or changes to the <br /> property. <br /> The property is specifically described as Lots 66 <br /> and 67 of Tax Map 20 in Eno township. The <br /> current zoning of the property is Rural <br /> Residential (R-1) and the Comprehensive Plan <br /> designation is is Rural Residential. The use of <br /> the property, as proposed, requires the issuance <br /> of a Class A Special Use Permit. Certain <br /> development standards must be met and a Special <br /> Use Permit must be obtained for the proposal to <br /> proceed.
