156 <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />pursuant to these provisions with the proceeds of any <br />such sale used solely for the acquisition of other <br />recreation, park or open space sites within the <br />immediate neighborhood within which'the development is <br />located." The change in the General Statutes does not <br />affect this provision since the legislation refers <br />specifically to the use of payments made in lieu of <br />dedication, not to the use of money gained from the <br />sale of county -owned lands. <br />The Planning Staff recommends approval of the proposed <br />amendment to Section IV- S- 7--b -6 of the Subdivision <br />Regulations. <br />
