Denial. <br />Failure to meet the criteria for site plan approval <br />listed in Article 14.3, and /or to address agency <br />comments solicited during plan review, will result <br />in denial of the application. <br />If a plan is approved subject to conditions, no <br />zoning permit or subsequent building permit shall be <br />issued until all conditions of approval have been <br />met to the satisfaction of Orange County. <br />At the o tion of the ARylicant, a Site Plan may be <br />vested fora eriod f not less than two 2 nor <br />more than five 5 ears. To becomp, vested .,_a Site <br />Plan must be ayRroved by the BoaLd of Count <br />Commissioners as a Special Use Pe it ursuant to <br />Article 8 of this Ordinance. <br />ARTICLE 8 - SPECIAL USES <br />Article 8.4.1x___ -.Time Limits on Special Uses <br />Construction _of a Special Uses must start and proceed within <br />twelve 12 months of the apRrovAl of the S ecial Use Permit. <br />If-nao construction has started within the stated time frame, <br />the S ecial Use Permit becomes null and of no effect. <br />If a request is received before the hermit expires, the Board <br />of County Commissioners for-good cause shown may extend the <br />expiration . deadline six (6) months upon the favorable <br />recommendation of the Planning Board.
