Buildin ermits do not ex ire <br />durin the aRgroved yesting period. <br />ARTICLE 14.3 - SITE PLAN REVIEW <br />14.3.2 Where an application is found to be inconsistent <br />with the above criteria, Staff may recommend changes <br />to the site plan. <br />Following review of the site plan, except as <br />provided by Article 14.3.3 of this Ordinance, the <br />Planning and Inspections Department will take final <br />action on the application within 21 days of <br />acceptance.
