w- <br />R• <br />RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Staff has not received any information <br />which would establish grounds for making a negative <br />finding on the general standards. These standards <br />include maintaining or promoting the public health, <br />safety, and general welfare, maintaining or enhancing <br />the value of contiguous property, and the use being in <br />compliance with the general plan for the physical <br />development of the County. <br />The Planning Staff has reviewed the application, the <br />site plan and all supporting documentation and has <br />found that the applicant does comply with the specific <br />standards and required regulations. <br />Provided the Planning Board and County Commissioners <br />find in the affirmative on the general standards, the <br />Planning Staff recommends approval of the request. <br />The Planning Staff does, however, recommend the <br />attachment of conditions to the approval which are <br />specified as follows: <br />1. Roads, parking areas, walkways, utilities, and <br />landscaping shall be maintained as shown on the <br />approved plans. All such facilities shall <br />further be maintained and operated in a safe <br />manner. <br />2. The final site plan and narrative of the project <br />are to be incorporated herein and made a part of <br />this Special Use Permit. Copies of the final <br />site plan and narrative are to remain on file <br />with the orange County Planning and Inspections <br />Department. <br />3. The Bed and Breakfast shall be operated according <br />to the site plan and written narrative supplied <br />by the developer and in compliance with the above <br />conditions. <br />
