The first type of <br />revisions are clarifications of language. An exile of this type of change is the prof i revisions of the narrative <br />descriptions for point source discharges for WS -II, WS -III and IBS -IV classifications is rule 151 NGC 2B .0211, subparagraphs <br />(d)(2), (e)(2) and (f)(2), respectively. The second type of new proposed revisions are more subatantive changes which involve <br />several major issues.
