This case is pre- <br />sented for the Board's consideration to make <br />demands for payments of civil penalties. Two <br />extensions have been given by the Board at its <br />May 6, and June 3, 1991, meetings, respectively. <br />Another zoning violation (Swanson) has been cor- <br />rected as of July 8, 1991. Because of concerted <br />continuing progress on the part of Mr. Swanson to <br />rectify violations, the Board granted him three <br />extensions - -the last being on May 6, 1991. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: The Administration recommends that the Board of <br />County Commissioners take the following actions. <br />1. Make demand for payment of civil penalties <br />in the following case. <br />#76 Thomas W. Underwood <br />2.
