19 <br />- »- <br />RECEIVED JU;I 2 a 1991 <br />GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF NORTH CAROLINA <br />1991 SESSION <br />RATIFIED BILL <br />CHAPTER 324 <br />SENATE BILL 549 <br />AN ACT AMENDING ORANGE COUNTY'S AUTHORITY RELATING TO <br />IMPACT FEES. • <br />The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:. <br />Section 1. Section 17.1 of Chapter 400 of the 1987 Session Laws reads as <br />rewritten: <br />"Sec. 17.1. Section 17 of this act shall apply only to Orange County, and applies <br />only within the planning jurisdiction of Orange County. Provided, however, any <br />portion of an Orange County ordinance that contains a -system.- of impact fees to <br />provide for ca-nital__imorovements to public schools within Orange Countv_ annliPc <br />extraterritorial Tannin - urisdiction of any city, town or municipal corporation <br />within Orange County." <br />Sec. 2. Section 18.1 of Chapter 460 of the 1987 Session Laws reads as <br />rewritten: <br />"Sec. 18.1. Section 18 of this act shall apply only to Orange County, and applies <br />only within the planning jurisdiction of Orange County. Provided, however. any <br />within Oranize Countv." <br />County. Sec. 3. This act is effective upon ratification and applies only to Orange <br />June, 1991.
