Fullwood, Executive Director <br />May 21, 1991 <br />Mr. Moses Carey, Jr., Chairman <br />Orange County Board of Commissioners <br />Post Office Box 8181 <br />Hillsborough, North Carolina 27278 <br />Dear Mr. Carey: <br />At its meeting on May 17, 1991, the Wildlife Resources Commission <br />adopted the enclosed regulation to include Orange County in the list <br />of counties prohibiting shining lights on deer between the hours of <br />one -half hour after sunset and one -half hour .before sunrise. This <br />regulation has been filed with the Administrative Rules Review <br />Commission for review. upon their approval, it will be filed with the <br />office of Administrative Hearings for an effective date of August 1, <br />1991. <br />Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
