Participation <br />Agreements will be established between Orange County and <br />twelve Human Service Agencies. Vehicle Lease Agreements <br />are renewable between Orange County and OCCHS, Orange <br />Enterprises,JOCCA and OPC Mental Health Center. CAT Driver <br />Agreements between Orange County and OPC Mental Health, <br />Oanage County and Orange Enterprises generating $28,000 in <br />revenues. <br />BACKGROUND: The Orange CAT Program, administered by the <br />Department on Aging, provides drivers and vehicles to <br />transport program clients, materials and supplies. The CAT <br />Program distributes Participation Agreements to participating <br />CAT agencies to clarify and enforce the benefits and the <br />responsibilities of a participating member. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS) :Manager recommends approval and authorize <br />the Chair to sign. <br />1 <br />
