Lewis actively served on the Orange <br />County Planning Board from March 18, 1986 to May <br />28, 199 1; and <br />WHEREAS. Michael improved the quality of decisions through <br />his service as Planning Board representative on the <br />Economic Development Commission's Infrastructure <br />Committee: <br />WHEREAS, Michael gave of his skill and talent to benefit all the <br />citizens of Orange County in judging the merits of <br />potential land development; and <br />WHEREAS, Michael, through his hard work and dedication, <br />earned the respect and appreciation of government <br />officials, his peers, and the citizens of Orange <br />County; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Orange County <br />Board of Commissioners expresses its sincere <br />appreciation and gratitude for Michael's many years <br />of service and contributions to Orange County. <br />ADOPTED this 5th day of August, 1991. <br />7 <br />Moses Carey, Chai <br />Orange County Board of County <br />Commissioners <br />
