The City has already zoned the critical area to 80,000 s5• f. <br />ttdn. lot size, which :s in cat-pliance With the W5-II or W5 -III Classification; however, <br />a significant portion of the watershed is within the city liarits, and considerable <br />developmertt already exists. The vacant areas Within our city lirdts that have existing <br />water and sewer service available would be severely restricted under a W5-II Classification; <br />while a *_III Classification would permit 1 D.U. /Ac. development or up to 30% built upon <br />with stornwater controls.
