r --1• <br />PAGE 2 OF 2' <br />Payment Schedule <br />1. The cost for meeting preparation time and support services will <br />be $55.00 per hour per staff person. The Contracting Agency shall <br />staff each meeting of the committee with one, two, or three staff <br />members based on need of the meeting. This staffing shall be <br />provided at a flat rate cost to Client of $500 per meeting. Travel <br />time to and from meetings of the committee shall be included in the <br />flat rate charge. Travel time for preparation or other <br />consultation shall be billed at a rate one half the hourly $55.00 <br />rate which is $27.50 per hour. <br />2. Travel will be paid for actual mileage at a rate of 25 cents <br />per mile. When possible, staff members of the Contracting Agency <br />shall travel together in the performance of this agreement. Client <br />is responsible for the payment of round trip mileage from <br />Wilmington to Hillsborough for only one vehicle for the attendance <br />Of committee meetings by the two or more staff members of <br />Contracting Agency. The cost for overnight lodging of Contracting <br />Agency Staff, when overnight stay is necessary, will be paid by the <br />Client. The cost performance of this contract will be paid by <br />Client at actual cost and in an amount not to exceed $100 per day. <br />Contracting Agency shall provide copies of receipts for all such <br />expenses with reimbursement requests for these expenses. <br />3. The Client will pay all costs associated with rent for meeting <br />rooms and refreshments for the Committee. <br />4. Total costs, including consultation services, travel, and <br />subsistence will not exceed $10,000. <br />All attachments, if any, shall be considered as conditions of the <br />contract. Both parties agree that amendments to this contract may <br />be added as attachments only with the approval of both parties. <br />With the following signatures of both parties, this document shall <br />become binding. <br />Susan K.
