r <br />ACC Part I Number: A -2903 - E <br />U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT <br />SECTION 8 EXISTING <br />CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT <br />PART 1 <br />for <br />HOUSING CERTIFICATE PROGRAM <br />1.1. W71NITIONS. <br />A. ACC. <br />As used in Part I of this CACC, "ACC" means the Annual <br />Contributions Contract for each project. <br />As used in Part. II of this CACC, "ACC" means the CACC. <br />B. Budget Authority. The maximum aggregate amount which may be <br />paid by HUD for each project in the Program over the duration of <br />the CACC. Budget Authority is reserved by HUD from amounts <br />authorized and appropriated by the Congress. (Exhibit 11 lists <br />budget authority for projects funded with amounts appropriated in <br />Federal Fiscal Year 1988 and later years.) <br />C. CACC. Consolidated Annual Contributions Contract. <br />D. Contract Authorit The amount of contract authority for each <br />project is listed in Exhibit -1 -or Exhibit I1 of this CACC Part -1 <br />(subject to.reduction.in accordance with section 1.4.1) and section <br />2.3 of this CACC). <br />E. Cost Amendment. An amendment to the CACC which provides <br />additional contract or budget authority to cover increased Program <br />Expenditures to maintain the Program at the number of units <br />originally approved by HUD. <br />F.
