The landowner max, allow <br />23 <br />_ a person holding a valid option to purchase to act as his agent or <br />— l 24 <br />representative for purpo5e.5 of submitting a proposed site specific <br />_ <br />25 <br />develo ment plan or a phased development lap under this <br />26 <br />section, in the manner allowed by ordinance. <br />27 <br />M 'County' shall have the saMe-meaning same—meaning as set forth in O.S. 151-L-- <br />28 <br />1 U3. <br />29 <br />`Phased development lan' means a plan which has been <br />30 <br />submitted to a county by a landa%;mer for phased development <br />31 <br />which shows the =a and intensity of use for a s ecific Da7Cel or <br />32 <br />parcels with a lesser degree of certainty than the plan determined <br />33 <br />bv the counry to be a sites ecific develo ment 321an. <br />34 <br />LAI `Pro erty' means all rea] 12ro22rry subject tQ zoning regulations <br />3$ <br />gnd restrictions and zone boundaries v a county. <br />36 <br />LSD, `Site specific development plan' meant a plan, which has been <br />37 <br />submitted to a c unto by a land wn r describing with reasonable <br />certainty the Me and intensity f use for a Mecific narr el or <br />.3$ <br />39 <br />parcels of proj2erw. uch plan may be in the form of, but not be <br />40 <br />limited to aTiv of the foll-ovring plgns or approvals: A planned unit <br />41 <br />development lap a subdivision }at a preliminary or general <br />_ <br />42 <br />develo ment plan— a conditional or Special use errnit <br />43 <br />c nditional or ecial use district z nip lap or any gther -and- <br />44 <br />use apprava] designation as ma %, be utilized by -a counrv.
