JR., P.E. <br />STATE HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATOR <br />This is to advise that the construction plans for Rod and <br />Reel Road and Angier Lane dated April 4, 1991 have been <br />approved by this office. A stamped copy of the approved plans <br />is attached for your use. The pavement design for these roads <br />shall be 8" ABC and 2" I -2. <br />It will be necessary for the owner or contractor to notify <br />Mr. J. R. Hopkins. Assistant District Engineer to schedule a <br />preconstruction conference prior to beginning ANY work. <br />Please be advised that a copy of the approved plans_ MUST be <br />at the construction site at all times.
