RLS <br />PCA Engineering <br />104 North Churton Street <br />Hillsborough, NC, 27278 <br />Dear Mr. Callemyn: <br />This letter is to inform you that I am in general <br />agreement with the proposed sewer design prepared by PCA for <br />Cobb's Mobile Home Park. If you will recall, I have noted <br />several minor revisions to the plans and specifications. As <br />of this date, I have not seen those revisions for my final <br />approval. In addition, I have indicated in previous <br />conversations with you that an ownership, maintenance and <br />warranty agreement between the County and Mr. Cobb will have <br />to be developed. This agreement will need to address and <br />codify the conditions of the construction warranty and the <br />hold - harmless guarantee from Mr. Cobb to the County in regard <br />to short and long term construction damage to existing <br />property and structures. The agreement will have to be <br />formalized and signed as a precondition to the County's final <br />approval and acceptance of the project. Once all of these preconditions are met, <br />the County will give its final project approval and will <br />agree to allow Cobb's Mobile Home Park access to the County <br />sewer system and will accept maintenance responsibility for <br />Mr. Cobb's system. <br />
