This information <br />has been confirmed by letter from the Heal-z�h <br />Department. <br />The proposal was heard at the May 28, 1991 <br />public hearing and no comments were made <br />against the proposal. <br />The Planning Staff recommends approval of she <br />proposed Zoning Atlas amendment from Rural <br />Residential and Local Commercial -1 to <br />Neighborhood Commercial -2 and Local <br />Commercial -1. <br />MOTION: Burklin moved agreement with the Planning <br />Staff's findings on Articles 20 and 4. <br />Seconded by Jobsis. <br />Waddell asked about the construction already <br />in progress on the site. Scearbo responded <br />that a site plan had been submitted earlier <br />and the owner had already ordered some <br />buildings and begun construction. The plan <br />could not be approved as submitted and <br />construction had to stop. Permits had also <br />not been secured. Scearbo continued that <br />this would be the last of commercial use of <br />property in that area. The problems with :he <br />septic area are alleviated by the additional <br />area and the rezoning. <br />Waddell, while in agreement with the <br />findings, expressed concern that it seemed as <br />i� the Board would be condoning the lack of <br />permits and he questioned the fairness of <br />this. <br />Eddleman asked if the fill land area was to <br />be used for septic areas. Collins responded <br />no. <br />VOTE: 5 in favor. <br />1 opposed (Waddell <br />was not in accord <br />ordinance.) <br />I�rh�Fi[r]� <br />- felt that the request <br />with the intent of the <br />Burklin moved approval of the proposed <br />amendment for W.
