Tom Whisnant, representing the applicant, <br />spoke in favor of the request. There were no comments <br />against the proposal. <br />At its June 17, 1991 meeting the Planning Board <br />recommended approval of the proposed Zoning Atlas <br />amendment from Rural Residential and Local Commercial - <br />1 to Neighborhood Commercial -2 and Local Commercial -1. <br />RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the proposed <br />Zoning Atlas amendment from Rural Residential and <br />Local Commercial -1 to Neighborhood Commercial -2 and <br />Local Commercial -1. <br />i <br />
