He mentioned <br />43 he was representing <br />44 that in 1989 1.92 acres of this 2.92 acre tract was zoned NC -2. <br />45 At that point a total of`5 acres in this activity node were zoned <br />46 NC2. He stated that DOT has done a feasibility study for widening <br />47 54. Their feasibility study indicates that they would have to <br />buildable area on this tract. He stated that <br />4$ purchase all of the <br />49 they feel that they have met the four criteria in the zoning <br />50 ordinance which need to be satisfied in order to propose such a <br />51 rezoning. <br />52 <br />
