The property is located on the North side of ZXAXI , N- C. <br />( <br />Highway _54_ ---- Street /Road) between S.R.# 1958 and <br />S.R.# 1006 It is known as Lots) 27A Block -- of <br />Orange County Tax Map 26 - Bingham Township. It has a frontage <br />of 1300 feet and a depth of + +350 feet, and contains <br />128 square feet or 2.94_ acres <br />2. It is desired and requested that the foregoing property be rezoned <br />from AR and NC-2 to T.c -1 ._ <br />3,- The - folLowing information has been _attached - in_- .support of the <br />application for changing the Zoning Atlas (e - required on all <br />applications). <br />W fws.
