2 <br />Activity Node. Currently, there is no other LC -1 <br />zoning within the activity node. <br />The Orange County Sheriff, Emergency Medical Services, <br />and the Orange Grove Volunteer Fire Company have each <br />stated that necessary services can be provided to the <br />property in question. <br />The proposed.Zoning Atlas amendment was presented at <br />public hearing on May 28, 1991. No one spoke against <br />the rezoning. Minutes from the hearing are attached. <br />On June 17, 1991 the Planning Board made positive <br />findings for all applicable standards of evaluation <br />(refer to attachments). Subsequently, the Planning <br />Board recommended approval of the rezoning of 2.94 <br />acres from NC -2 and AR to LC -1. <br />RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the proposed <br />Zoning Atlas amendment from Agricultural Residential <br />and Neighborhood Commercial -2 to Local Commercial -1. <br />
