July 15, 19911Planning Board M n <br />Minutes MUT T '4` � 12 <br />to the Resolution of Approval which is an <br />attachment to these minutes on pages , <br />Waddell asked who was the owner of the septic <br />easement lot. Scearbo responded that it is <br />owned in common by the owners of lots 7 and <br />8. Hamilton expressed concern with the tax <br />record listing for those lots and possible <br />future sales. Scearbo responded that it <br />would be written into the deeds that the lot <br />was owned in common by the owners of lots 7 <br />and 8. That ownership would be conveyed with <br />any future sale. <br />Concerns were also expressed with the slope <br />of the septic easement lot. Scott noted that <br />he is a building contractor and has met-with <br />such conditions in developments previously <br />and had encountered no problenss with the <br />septic systems. Scearbo responded that the <br />Health Department had approved the site and <br />it does contain sufficient area for any <br />necessary repairs to either system. <br />MOTION: Jobsis moved approval as recommended by the <br />Planning Staff with the Resolution of <br />Approval. Seconded by Hoecke. <br />VOTE: 8 in favor. <br />1 abstained (Cantrell -- due to personal <br />conflict of interest). <br />AGENDA ITEM #9: MATTERS HEARD AT 5/28/91 PUBLIC HEARING <br />a. ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS <br />(1) Large Day Care Homes <br />No presentation was required. <br />(A copy of the abstract & information is an <br />attachment to these minutes on pages .) <br />Waddell asked if all references had been <br />changed to Large Day Care Homes. Kirk <br />responded yes. <br />MOTION: Reid moved approval as recommended by the <br />Planning Staff. Seconded Waddell. <br />Hamilton expressed concern that adjacent <br />property owners did not have to be notified. <br />Reid responded that the neighbors had to be <br />notified when the applicant applied for the <br />
