After extensive research, <br />the Personnel Department has identified the attached <br />list of Orange County citizens who served in Operation <br />Desert Shield /Desert Storm. These are the individuals <br />for whom Personnel has been able to obtain addresses <br />and /or telephone numbers. If additional participants <br />are located in the future, Resolutions of Appreciation <br />for their service will be proposed at subsequent <br />meetings. <br />RECOMMENDATION: The Manager recommends that the Board of Commissioners <br />adopt and present the Resolutions of Appreciation to <br />the Operation Desert Shield /Storm participants and <br />their families. <br />
