STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE <br />CONTRACT EXTENSION <br />WHEREAS, an agreement was made and entered into as of the 1st day of July, 1983. by <br />and between Orange County, hereinafter referred to as the "COUNTY" and The <br />University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for its Department of Pediatrics in the <br />School of Medicine, hereinafter referred to as the "UNIVERSITY," for the provision <br />of services of a nurse practitioner and a pediatrician in the Hillsborough Health <br />Department Clinic. <br />WHEREAS, the County and the University mutually agree to the following: <br />1.
