<br />systems shows an increase of the Chapel Hill system of 279
<br />students to a total student population of 6,293, whereas the
<br />Orange County System shows a decrease of 47 students, to
<br />5,048. This is summarized in Table II.

<br />increase in the County school current expense appropriation
<br />of ten percent, which translates into approximately 3.6 cents
<br />per $100 on the property tax rate (see Table III).
