APPROVAL OF TITLE III B & D CONTRACT CONTINUATION <br />The Board approved and authorized the Chair to sign the Title <br />III -B & D Older Americans Act (Social Services /Senior Center operations) <br />contract continuation with the Triangle J Council of Governments <br />effective July 1, 1991 through June 30, 1992 for federal /state funds. <br />D. PROFESSIONAL SERVICE CONTRACTS - UNC SCHOOL OF DENTISTRY <br />The Board approved and authorized the Chair to sign two <br />contracts with the UNC- School of Dentistry, Department of Dental <br />Ecology, for the services of a dental resident to provide dental <br />services in the Health Department and reimbursement for costs involved <br />in providing dental services to the inmates of the North Carolina <br />Department of Corrections. <br />E. PROFESSIONAL SERVICE CONTRACT UNC SCHOOL OF MEDICINE <br />DEPARTMENT OF OB GYN <br />The Board approved and authorized the Chair to sign the <br />contract with the UNC- School of Medicine, Department of OB /GYN, for the <br />services of a third -year resident to provide medical services in the <br />Maternal Health Clinic. <br />F. CONTRACT RENEWAL - JAIL MEDICAL <br />The Board approved and authorized the Chair to sign the <br />contract with Orange Family Medical Group. P.A. for Jail Medical <br />Services through June 30,1992 for a sum of $12,000 per year. <br />G. BID AWARD <br />The Board <br />for two Type One <br />$54,175 each.
