Wake Opportunities (Head Start); located at Northern <br />Human Services Center, Cedar Grove; <br />2•) JOCCA -Cedar Grove Day Care; located at Northern Human <br />Services Center, Cedar Grove; <br />3.) JOCCA -- Nutrition site at Southern Human Services Center, <br />Chapel Hill. <br />4.) Community School for People Under Six; located at <br />Southern Human Services Center, Chapel Hill. <br />BACKGROUND: These agencies operate day care services and nutrition <br />sites for seniors at the Northern as well as the Southern <br />Human Services Centers. They are on -going programs with <br />leases originating in 1983. Terms and conditions of each <br />lease remains the same. <br />RECOMMENDATION: The Manager recommends approval of lease renewals for <br />Wake Opportunities, JOCCA, and Community School for People <br />Under Six through June 30, 1992 and authorization for the <br />Chair to sign on behalf of the Board. <br />
