An EMS unit is currently located at <br />this facility. The County pays $1.00 per year. Both <br />parties are desirous that this arrangement to be continued <br />under the same terms and conditions. <br />RECOMMENDATION: To approve lease renewal with the Efland Volunteer <br />Fire Company, Inc., for use of the Rescue Unit Building, <br />commencing July 1, 1991 through June 30, 1992. <br />
