K3 <br />Fund for Chestnut Oaks Subdivision project),. <br />Source - Taxation and Records $ (17,000) <br />Appropriation - Transfers to Other Funds 17,000 <br />REVALUATION FUND <br />Source - Transfers from Other Funds $ 17,000 <br />Appropriation - Reserve for Reval 17,000 <br />(To budget for transfer to Revaluation Fund). <br />GENERAL FUND <br />Source - Miscellaneous $ 20,000 <br />Appropriation - Miscellaneous 20,000 <br />(To budget for OFF Grant). <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT RENCHER STREET BLOCK GRANT <br />GRANT PROJECT ORDINANCE <br />Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners that pursuant to Section <br />13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the <br />following grant project is hereby adopted. <br />Section 1. The project authorized is the Community Development project <br />as described in the work statement contained in the grant <br />agreement 88 -C -7730 between this unit and the Department <br />of Natural Resources and Community Development. This <br />project is more familiarly known as the Rencher Street <br />Community Development Project. <br />Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed <br />with the grant project within the grant document, the rules <br />and regulations of the North Carolina Department of Human <br />Resources and the budget contained herein. <br />Section 3.
