FIREWORKS PERMIT <br />NOTICE OF ISSUANCE <br />June 26, 1991 <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />,�Oql- 9�0 <br />V1 _F <br />This is to certify that on June 25, 1991, the <br />Orange County Board of Commissioners approved a permit for a <br />fireworks display for the Independence Day Celebration to be <br />held at Kenan Stadium, Chapel Hill, on July 4, 1991 (or <br />rescehduled to July 5 in the event of inclement weather). <br />The approval is made: based on the following assurances from <br />the requestor: <br />..Police, Fire and Emergency Medical personnel will be <br />on site during the event to ensure public safety and <br />to provide appropriate traffic control; <br />..Liability insurances have been provided with limits <br />suitable to Orange County. <br />..Orange County has been included as "additional <br />insured" on liability insurance policy /policies <br />associated with this event. <br />..Site inspection was made and approval given by Chapel <br />Hill Fire Department officials and Orange County <br />Emergency Management Director. <br />Moses Carey Jr. <br />Chair to the Hoar <br />
