Program <br />The Chancellor, Chairman of the Orange County Board of <br />Commissioners and Mayors of Carrboro and Chapel Hill will determine <br />the format for the program at Kenan Stadium including recognition <br />of those who served in the Persian Gulf and music performed by the <br />Triangle Brass Band.
