Program <br />The Chancellor, Chairman of the Orange County Board of <br />Commissioners and Mayors of Carrboro and Chapel Hill will determine <br />the format for the program at Kenan Stadium including recognition <br />of those who served in the Persian Gulf and music performed by the <br />Triangle Brass Band. Sponsorship and publicity. <br />The Independence Day Celebration at Kenan Stadium shall be <br />publicized as open to all citizens of the orange County area <br />including University staff and students, and citizens of the Towns <br />of Carrboro and Chapel Hill. <br />In addition to recognition of the local governments, WCHL and <br />Saturn of Chapel Hill will be recognized for their funding of the <br />Triangle Brass Band and publicity, the University of North Carolina <br />will be recognized for providing facilities and services, with <br />special thanks to the Chapel Hill Herald for publicity. <br />In witness whereof, this agreement is executed this <br />June, 1991. day of <br />for the University of North Attest: <br />Carolina at Chapel Hili <br />-for the County of Or <br />
