T - + r -77 T ry <br />CGrY <br />WHEREAS, a lease agreement was made and entered into as <br />of the 5th day of July, 1985 by and between Efland Rescue <br />Unit and Efland Volunteer Fire Company, Inc., LESSOR, Party <br />of the First Part, and Orange County, LESSEE, Party of the <br />Second Part, for premises known as the Efland Rescue Unit <br />Building in Efland, North Carolina. <br />WHEREAS, the LESSOR and the LESSEE mutually agree to the <br />following: <br />I. The lease agreement will be continued for a period <br />of one year commencing on July 1, 1991 and terminate <br />at 12:00 midnight on June 30, 1992. <br />2. The County will add the building to it's property <br />insurance policy, effective July 1, 1990. <br />3.
