N <br />be evaluated to determine the <br />advisability of permitting such <br />systems in the watershed. <br />C) Following receipt and review of the <br />above mentioned studies, a decision <br />will be made regarding the use <br />of alternative treatment and <br />disposal systems and the <br />availability of public water and <br />sewer services in the watershed. <br />6.25.7 Water Supply /Sewage Disposal Facilities Reed <br />[University Lake Watershed (ULW) District] <br />Every principal use and every lot within a <br />subdivision shall be served by a water supply and <br />sewage disposal system that is adequate to <br />accommodate the needs of such use or subdivision <br />lot and that complies with all applicable ` <br />regulations of the Orange County Health Department. <br />Notwithstanding the above provisions, water supply <br />and sewage treatment systems shall be limited to <br />individual wells and on -site septic tank systems or <br />individual on -site alternative disposal systems. <br />"On- site" shall mean that no new treatment system <br />will be permitted where effluent disposal occurs on <br />a separate lot from the source of wastewater <br />generation.
