Such an agreement <br />must involve a municipality (including Orange County) <br />or a water /sewer authority as the utility provider. <br />The second part of the amendment would make the <br />Interim Development Standards in the Zoning Ordinance <br />and Subdivision Regulations consistent with the <br />amendment to the Water and Sewer Policy. <br />In order to avoid unnecessary hardship for the land <br />owner, the Planning Staff recommended that the <br />proposed amendments be scheduled for a special public <br />hearing at the August 5, 1991 County Commissioners' <br />meeting. <br />The proposed amendments were presented to the Planning <br />Board on June 17, 1991. The Planning Board voted in <br />favor of the Staff's recommendation for a public <br />hearing on August 5. <br />RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the <br />Notice of Public Hearing for August 5, 1991. <br />
