c) The fireworks display will include the materials in <br />the quantities as generally described in the attached Southern <br />proposal # SI- 910529SC totalling $7,500 (Attachment A) ; plus $520 <br />for stationary displays to be selected by the Localities' <br />representatives, such as a Statue of Liberty ($260) and 8' x 12' <br />flag ($260). If a lesser cost item is selected, the final payment <br />amount will be revised accordingly. In addition, the specific <br />quantities in the Southern proposal may be revised by the <br />Localities' representatives for equivalent quantities in another <br />category. For example, the number of 3" shells in the finale may <br />be reduced with an equivalent substitution of larger shells, or may <br />be shifted to the main program. <br />SECTION 3. The Localities shall also be responsible for <br />providing: <br />a) All necessary permits, licenses, and approvals <br />required for this display; and <br />b) A "safe zone" for the fireworks display, within.which <br />no persons or personal property shall be allowed.
