Kern Construction Company $1,6001000 <br />(including alternate #1 $32,000); <br />Quality Electric Company $158,595 <br />Lee Air Conditioners $159,136 <br />Indicor, Inc. $ 47,900 <br />And approve the additional work, not to exceed Architect's estimates as <br />listed ($229,500); said amounts to be added to the appropriate <br />construction contract; and authorization for the Chair to sign on <br />behalf of the Board. <br />
