Approval of the budget ordinance <br />will establish all property tax rates for 1991 -92 and appropriations <br />within which to carry out the County's plan of service for the year <br />ahead. Approval of the grant project ordinances will permit <br />continuation of certain existing grant funded County programs for 1991- <br />92. Approval of the capital project ordinances will formalize 1991 -92 <br />funding of the projects designated by the County Commissioners in the <br />Capital Improvement Plan approved.in March, 1991. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board of <br />Commissioners approve the motions proposed to formally adopt the 1991- <br />92 Budget Ordinance, Grant Project Ordinances, and Capital Project <br />Ordinances. <br />
