J, <br />family, we will be interested in the participation of the adolescent male in the <br />nurturing of his offspring and the nature of his relationship with the family <br />of the mother of the child. We will also monitor levels of violence within <br />the involved families. <br />It is also important to look at the status of the participating agencies. This will <br />involve measuring the extent of collaboration that exists between the various <br />groups participating in the program. It will be important to determine the <br />degree to which the various agencies are participating in strengthened service <br />to adolescent males. <br />The evaluation will be directed by the advisory council that is established to <br />coordinate the JOBS program with the OFF grant. It is anticipated that this <br />group will assign responsibility for conducting evaluation to some other <br />advisory group. In addition to regular evaluation of outcomes measured <br />above, the evaluation will include regular surveys of program participants <br />and family members of program participants to see their response to the <br />services being provided. The data collected will be reported regularly to the Z. <br />Smith Reynolds Foundation as well as to the responsible County agencies and <br />the County Commissioners. <br />4.
