25 <br />representatives from the following groups:Adolescents in Need, Center for <br />Early Adolescence, Chapel Hill - Carrboro Public Schools, Chapel Hill Housing, <br />Chapel Hill Police Department, Cooperative Extension Service, the <br />Department of Social Services -JOBS Program, Dispute Settlement Center, <br />Duke Power Company, Durham Technical Community College, Health <br />Department, Human Services Advisory Commission, Inter -Faith Council, <br />Joint Orange /Chatham Community Action, Orange County Manager's Office, <br />Orange Chatham Counties Health Service and Center, Orange Congregations <br />in Mission, Orange County Board of Education, Orange County Schools, <br />Orange County Department of Social Services, Orange County Housing and <br />Community Development, and the UNC- Chapel Hill School of Social Work. <br />To facilitate the work of this committee, four subcommittees were formed. <br />The committee on Identification and Grant Drafting was charged with <br />identification of the target group and writing the final proposal. A <br />Community Involvement Committee was formed to involve young males in <br />the development of the OFF program. An Intervention Strategies Committee <br />was formed to identify existing successful programs and to propose an overall <br />strategic program. The fourth committee was the Interagency Collaboration <br />Committee which was specifically charged with enhancing the portion of the <br />proposal dealing with the increased coordination of the County's human <br />service agencies. <br />B.
