The Board <br />will have an opportunity to review and comment on the final <br />proposal. Staff will forward the final OFF proposal to the <br />Board 10 days before the August 1, 1991 submission deadline. <br />RECOMENDATION(S): Manager recommends the Board receive the report <br />as information. <br />
